How to balance life?

A million dollar question that has various interesting definitions. The gist, I feel is simple.

Good, Balanced life could be translated as being healthy & happy. Now this is related to both physical and mental well being. Well then, is this achievable? Here are my thoughts!

Physical well being

1. Energy in the form of food is essential for any living being. To possess a healthy today one requires to follow the yin & yang method in consuming food that is inclusive of favorite & aversive food. While the favorite food generally satisfies one. Taste buds, the food that is not appealing to taste, enhances / improves health eg. Bitter gourd. Its also wise to eat natural food grown during season and in our natural geographical setups.
